KALEIDOSCOPE
"Kaleidoscope: A Discussion Meeting in Chemistry" is an annual gathering of Indian investigators working in various fields of chemistry and allied areas. This meeting started in 2014 as an experiment to provide a platform to encourage uninhibited scientific discussions and explore collaborations. The meetings also serves as a common ground to cross-pollinate new research ideas and come up with coherent approaches to solve long-standing and challenging problems within an informal setting. This meeting has become a yearly fixture is known for its informal atmosphere and scientific rigor. As journey began, first the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and later American Chemical Society (ACS) joined and supported this meeting. The 2016 meeting report was published in Chemical Communications (read it here). The articles published by the participants of this meeting can be found in two themed-collections by RSC and one web-collection by ACS.
